A New Way to Support QUALITY Freelancers in Portland — Darwin ideals gaining heavy support for new model

It’s up for discussion at this point, but the simple idea of a Darwin-style model for the new pdxfreelancers.com seems to be gaining support at a rapid pace.
Here’s the overview of how this would work:
Each specialty or category we create for specialty services would have 1-5 (TBD) featured freelancers that would be capable of show-casing their portfolios, work samples, and additional service information. These featured freelancers would rely on customer feedback results and service ratings.
